An educational seminar was organized on the 82nd birth anniversary of late teacher leader Panchanan Rai.
A seminar was conducted on the 82nd born day of teacher leader Late Shri Panchanan Rai. This gathering was accompanied by former Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Mr. Ajay Rai as the Guest of Honor and Prof. America Singh, Vice-Chancellor of Vikrant University Gwalior, as the lead speakers.
Dr. Amit Rai, Secretary of Panchanan Rai Fans Association, greeted and pay homage to the guests. Mr. Ajay Rai, featured on the journey of life of Late Shri Panchanan Rai and recalled his contribution in the educational sector.
A harmony for educational cooperation was signed between Panchanan Rai Fans Association and Vikrant University where the Vice-Chancellor of Vikrant University stated there will be a provision where top ten students in the Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh board intermediate exams would be provided free higher education at Vikrant University.
This seminar was conducted on November 28, 2024, The theme of the seminar was “The State and Direction of Education,” where several major aspects in the field of education were considered.
Mr. Panchanan Rai was not just only a teacher leader but was a social justice warrior who fought for the increment in the quality of education and the protection of teachers’ rights. His faithfulness and devotion to academics will always be remembered as an inspiration.
Special Discussion on the State and Direction of Education
Prof. America Singh, Vice-Chancellor of Vikrant University, also shared his thoughts stating that with the changing times, there have been many changes in the field of education but several challenges still remain. He highlighted the need for enhanced training for teachers and contemporary educational system for students. He said that pragmatic change in society can be brought through only and only education, and for that, it is important for all to team up and escalate the education system.

Along with this event, a remarkable agreement was signed in between Vikrant University and Panchanan Rai Fans Association. Under this collaboration, both institutions will team up together to bring growth in educational sector.
