About the Hackathon

Innovation begins with curiosity.

VU Junior Hackathon 2026 is designed to introduce school students to innovation, technology, problem-solving and entrepreneurship. Students from Classes IX to XII will work in teams to explore real-world challenges and develop practical solutions.

The Hackathon helps students move beyond classroom learning and experience how ideas become solutions through creativity, collaboration and technology.

How It Works

Register & Submit Your Idea

Registrations open from 11 September 2026. Teams submit an initial idea or concept note based on a selected problem statement.

Build & Innovate

Shortlisted teams work onsite at Vikrant University to develop prototypes and refine solutions with mentor guidance.

Present Your Solution

Teams present their solution and prototype to judges, explaining the problem, approach, innovation and impact.
