Undergraduate, postgraduate, and diploma students from any recognized college or university across India and abroad are eligible. Multi-disciplinary teams across computer science, electronics, mechanical, and business are warmly encouraged!
Initial registration and Stage 1 submission (Abstract, PPT & Video Pitch) are 100% Free. Teams shortlisted for the on-site Grand Finale will receive confirmation and nominal facility kit details as per university guidelines.
Teams typically consist of 2 to 4 members. Inter-college and inter-departmental teams are permitted. One member must be nominated as the Team Lead for all official communications.
Finalist teams will receive high-speed internet, dedicated workstations, power sockets, complimentary meals, snacks, coffee/energy drinks throughout the night, rest zones, and continuous access to technical mentors and jury members.
Yes! You can either select one of the official Problem Statements provided in our catalog, or propose an open innovative project under any of our 14 Focus Areas aligned with the theme "AI for Real-World Impact."
