A Moment of Pride for Vikrant University
Vikrant University's Honourable Chancellor, Shri R. S. Rathore was the Guest of Honour at The 39th National Convention on Quality Concepts (NCQC-2025). This prestigious National Event took place on 19th December 2025 at 3:00 PM in the Main Auditorium of G. L. Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management, Greater Noida. Shri Rathore's presence added dignity and inspiration to this Mega National Convention dedicated to Excellence and Quality.
About NCQC-2025
The National Convention on Quality Concepts was organised by Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI). It brought together experts, professionals and practitioners from all over India to share ideas, experiences and best practices related to quality management & continuous improvement in all sectors.
Theme: Quality Concepts for Atmanirbhar Viksit Bharat
The National Conference on Quality Circle (NCQC) 2025 focused on the powerful and future-facing theme of "Quality Concepts for Atmanirbhar Viksit Bharat". The theme focused on how quality-driven systems, innovation and sustainable practices underpinned the creation of an Atmanirbhar Viksit Bharat. A key focus of NCQC 2025 was the need to embed quality at all levels of the organisation and therefore to augment national development and competitiveness on a global scale.
Insightful Address by the Hon’ble Chancellor
During his address to delegates, Shri R.S. Rathore spoke to the very important part of national growth as being built on the three pillars of quality-oriented processes, innovation and continuous improvement. The establishment of a culture of quality was viewed as being critical to achieving self-reliance and achieving long-term excellence. In addition to the above, he acknowledged and appreciated the contributions made by the QCFI, as a non-profit organisation, in raising awareness about quality and excellence in Industry and Institutions across the country.

At the conclusion of the national convention, all participants felt renewed with the drive to implement quality concepts within their areas of expertise.
