All students and staff members of the institute were administered the Swachhata Pledge at the Vikrant University campus as part of the Swachhata Pledge Ceremony being conducted by the Gwalior Municipal Corporation. Mr. Pawan Singhal (City Planner, Gwalior Municipal Corporation), Mr. Ajay Sharma (Regional Officer, Gwalior Municipal Corporation), and Rajiv Soni (Building Officer, Gwalior Municipal Corporation) administered the pledge to all students, management members, and staff members attending the oath-taking ceremony to not throw household waste on the road, to keep wet and dry waste in separate dustbins, to avoid single-use plastic and polythene, and to always use cloth bags for shopping. This event was organized by Gwalior Municipal Corporation under the Swachh Bharat Mission of the Government of India.

 

Presidents of the oath-taking ceremony included Vikrant University Pro-Chancellor Mr. Vikrant Singh Rathore, Vice Chancellor Dr. Manish Kumar Srivastava, Registrar Mrs. Shivani Tiwari, Principal of Vikrant Group Prof. Anand Bisen, Dr. Veer Narayan, Dr. Naveen Chauhan, all the department heads, professors and a large number of students were present.
