We are pleased to share that an MOU has been signed between Vikrant University and the National Cadet Corps Officers Training Academy, which is India’s first and only institution that focuses on training of women NCC officers. This agreement will strengthen the training provided by the NCC and develop leadership qualities in future officers of the NCC.
The MoU was signed by Dr. Richa Verma, Registrar, Vikrant University and Brigadier Vijayant Mahadik from the NCC Officers Training Academy.
Mr. Vikrant Singh Rathore, Pro-Chancellor, Vikrant University also attended the signing ceremony further demonstrating the support of Vikrant University in respect of providing opportunities for the development of leadership, discipline and national service. Vikrant University has committed to providing specialised programs for NCC officers, which will be developed in three phases that aim at inculcating leadership skills, discipline and professional competence in the participants. In case of successful completion, the candidates will be given certificates that demonstrate their leadership skills and professional competency.
This partnership reflects Vikrant University’s commitment to providing a quality education, hands-on training, and values-based learning opportunities. Both Vikrant University and the NCC Officers Training Academy will seek to provide officers with the skills and values needed to help them obtain a successful career while providing for the betterment of the nation.
