Fee Refund Policy

No refund will be granted once the payment is done.

Duplicate Payment Clause

If a student makes a fee payment twice by mistake, the amount will be refunded via the same source. However, convenience fees and taxes charged will not be refunded or reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction.

Transaction Fees

• Transaction fees charged will not be refunded or reversed for any refund, reversal, or chargeback of any transaction.
• Transaction fees will be borne by the cardholder for any payment made.
