Vikrant University in collaboration with IEEE Madhya Pradesh Section successfully organised the 2026 1st International Conference on AI, Data Science, Cyber Security and Smart Manufacturing for Sustainable Development (ICADCS 2026). The prestigious international conference will be organised in hybrid mode on 23-24 May 2026 at university campus, Gwalior.
Eminent academicians, researchers, scientists, industry experts, innovators and distinguished dignitaries from India and abroad witnessed the grand inaugural ceremony. The conference aims to create a global platform for knowledge sharing and discussions on emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Cyber Security, Smart Manufacturing and Sustainable Development.
The event was graced by the Chief Guest, Dr. Sanjeev Patjoshi, Former Director General of Police, Department of Fire & Rescue Services and Kerala State Disaster Management Authority, Government of Kerala. The event was attended by Dr. Manish Dixit, Chair-Elect of IEEE M.P. Section as the Guest of Honour.
The conference proceedings were released formally by the university authorities in the opening session, and the importance of interdisciplinary research, innovation-driven collaboration and industry-academia partnerships was emphasised. Key speakers highlighted the importance of advanced technologies in building resilient, smart and sustainable societies for the future.
The two-day conference will feature keynote lectures, technical paper presentations, expert panel discussions, innovation showcases and networking sessions with academicians, startups, researchers and professionals from various technological domains.
